Life with an animal is a relationship with a sentient being who knows you, not a hobby. It shapes how we live and how we cope, and it deserves to be taken seriously.
Animals teach us empathy.
They teach us to slow down, pay attention, and care for someone who can't tell us in words what they need. That practice carries into how we treat each other.
No one grieves alone.
Too many people hear "it was just a pet." Pet loss is real grief, and wearing that message in public chips away at the stigma. It can be the quiet signal that tells a fellow animal person there are others who get it.
Where the proceeds go
The Paw Fund
The proceeds we earn from every item go into the Paw Fund. We use it to offset the cost of pro bono sessions and financial assistance for clients who need support and can't cover the full fee.
Here's why we built it. Our graduate student clinicians offer sliding scale fees, and that helps a lot of people. But students can only see so many clients. And sometimes a client has built real trust with their provider and doesn't want to start over with someone new because money got tight. We don't think they should have to.
The Paw Fund is our creative way to close that gap.
